Ex- National Football League star Antonio Brown is heading to Miami to address an attempted murder accusation connected with a gunfire that took place in May, as his attorney filing a not guilty response on his behalf.

Jail logs in Essex, New Jersey, indicate that Brown was released on Tuesday early for his relocation to the state of Florida. Brown, one of the most popular athletes in the National Football League, had forgone transfer to Florida from New Jersey, in which he was taken after being taken into custody in Dubai.

Eiglarsh asserted that Brown was merely safeguarding himself from Nantambu.

“The steps he was forced to take were exclusively in self-protection against the alleged person’s hostile conduct. Brown was attacked that time and acted within his lawful privilege to safeguard himself,” Eiglarsh stated.
