England news: Jarell Quansah withdrawn
Jarell Quansah will be absent from England's World Cup qualifier against Latvia due to a physical issue and the player – who did not play in the national team's 3-0 friendly win over Wales at Wembley Stadium – will head back to his club Bayer Leverkusen.
The former Liverpool defender has been a regular in Leverkusen's defence this season but England said no further squad additions were planned for the qualification match in Riga on Tuesday.
The English side could qualify for the upcoming FIFA World Cup with two games to spare if they beat Latvia on Tuesday and results elsewhere in their qualifying group go their way.
Overview
It’s make or break for Ireland, though their chances of reaching North America may already seem over. A well-known figure in the Portuguese star greets them, and the Portuguese squad are leading of their group. At Sporting Club’s stadium, Ireland confront a massive challenge.
Another key match will be European champion the Spanish national team, who have triumphed in every game so far in Group E, against Georgia, who have never earned a place for a major tournament and are hoping for the playoffs. The Georgian attacker has been a uncertainty and Liverpool supporters will get a chance to see the Georgian goalkeeper.
